Miloš Meier

Miloš Meier (born 17 June 1984 in Jihlava, Czech Republic) is a Czech musician (drummer). However, the first musical instrument that he started to play was the piano.〔 Although he was born in Jihlava, his whole life is connected with Hronov.
In a survey of listeners and readers of Radio Beat and magazine Rock & Pop, he was selected a member of the Czech supergroup together with Michal Pavlíček, Kamil Střihavka, Vladimir Kulhánek, Roman Dragoun and Jan Hrubý.

== Biography ==
Miloš Meier comes from musical family. His stepmother is a singer, his brother is also a drummer and his father leads brass orchestra where Miloš Meier's musical career started and where he had performed until he was 16.〔 During his orchestra years he also played with local rock and metal bands Invasion to privacy and Eclipse of a shadow.
At the age of fifteen he left to Prague to study at the Prague Conservatory.〔 His musical development was enriched by styles such as jazz, fusion, and funk. He has gone through various musical genres and many bands such as Judas Priest Revival, Deklarace X, Mayday, death metal legend Tortharry with which he recorded album "White", Jesus Om, Red Sox Trio, Bon Jovi Revival, Petr Poláček & Iluze and Aneta Langerová's band.〔 Unfortunately, he had problems with his tendons and muscles in the hands, which were caused by intensive exercising on the drums. Therefore, he had to stop playing the drums for half a year.
After his recovery, at the age of 19 he successfully passed an audition to BSP〔 (Czech supergroup consists of Ota Balage, Kamil Střihavka, Michal Pavlíček) followed by several successful tours. He has been playing with this band since.
In 2009 he recorded the album called "Neser" (Do not f
*ck) with Czech metal band Dymytry that he later joined. At some concerts in Dymytry he has to be covered by other drummers because of his workload. He also plays in bands Noid, Stroy, Eleison.〔 In addition, he is involved in many other various musical projects.
In the year of 2009 he performed at one of the biggest world drumming festival La Rioja Drumming Festival in Spain where he played alongside the best world's drummers Ray Luzier of Korn, Chris Adler from Lamb of God, Chris Coleman (Prince), Tommy Aldridge (ex-Ozzy Osbourne, Whitesnake) and Brendan Buckley (Shakira).〔
Currently he is organizing his own drum workshops called DRUMMING SYNDROME.〔
